After 3 days of windsurfing with wind forecast for late afternoon it looked like a chance for a rest!!! So after breakfast in the van at Levington,a walk to the Ship for lunch and clean the van,I then turned on the computer to see kiters out at felixstowe Ferry and right on que the wind arrived at about 5 in the afternoon. It was too good an oppertunity to miss and I was out on the water by 6 with two other windsurfers(Ian and Jim) who had just gone out. With a NE wind to 20 kts I used my Fanatic Falcon 90 for the first time with my Ezzy Infinity 6.6(I would have used the tush xr-15 6.5 if I had more time) and was well impressed with the board which felt much faster than the 27 kts I did !!! It handles the chop very well and I think there is alot more speed to come, all I have to do is stay onboard in the gybes !!!!
